  We have stayed at the pine point caravan park on many occasions and found the owners gav and Yvette To be most obliging and helpful, and run a very tidy and clean park and onsite vans, We were there this Xmas and all park people were invited and given a beautiful Xmas lunch at no cost Which included the lady in the last post (3 adults and 2 children), there was no complaints from them That day. We never had rain on Xmas night, but we did survive that super storm that went which I might add was pretty frightening, but it was no fault of the owners, most of s a was affected by it. I think her posting those comments were totally wrong and all the other campers agree A lot of their people in Sth Aus would've had more damage .

  Convenient if staying at Black Point but the hours are less than they used to be. Handy if you need another bottle of wine, but the bottle shop part is undergoing a renovation and range is very limited

  Heather Sharp what we have described in our review is what we have found to be true to our stay, not yours. All the things that Kerry has mentioned was indeed true and correct. We were looking at purshasing an onsite caravan so we could go there more often, but I have to say we are glad we didn't. The way the situation was handled by management was poor and not of the standard that I have come to expect from Pine Point caravan park. You didnt stay in the caravans we used at the same time we did, you dont know what happened. We didnt go around yelling it for all to see but tried to work thru our issues as quietly as possible. So please feel free to leave you reviews, but please dont question our experiences as you have no way of knowing. We are taking all legal channels and look forward to satisfactory conclusion.
